Streatham Speaks is south London's premier and most intimate spoken word and poetry event.

Our aim is to provide a space where talented, known and unknown spoken word artists and poetry performers can showcase their abilities.

You will be treated to the splendour of lyrical geniuses and marvellous story tellers.

Come join us at Tribe, vegan cafè located in the wonderful Streatham Hill. They serve delicious, wholesome and nutritious foods, to complement your evening.

There will be music to create a chilled, yet sociable vibe. You will have a chance to mingle and meet some of the spoken word artists and poets.
​
You can indulge in poetic language and spoken word performances the second Wednesday of every other month. Streatham Speaks officially starts September 14th 2022. The next event dates are:
